Jon Jay, St. Louis Cardinals outfielder, Miami native and Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade alumnus, hosted The Jon Jay FMSbonds Celebrity Bowling Challenge on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 at Splitsville Lanes in Miami. More than $50,000 was raised and the proceeds benefited Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade to support our many positive programs for thousands of area youth.
Along with other Major League Baseball stars, Olivier Vernon of the Miami Dolphins and BRAVO’s Andy Cohen of “Watch What Happens Live,” Jay bowled with attendees during the fun-filled fundraising event. The evening included red carpet arrivals, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, exciting bowling matches and more.
