Located in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., the restaurant has a farm-to-table concept, owned by Connecticut-based firm Max Restaurant Group. Its bar program is operated by David Bouchard, who is introducing patrons to noteworthy libations.

Preparation: Build in a mixing tin and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with one Luxardo Marasca cherry.
