Crowd favorites include the sweet yet minty Orange Blossom Julep, the powerful Regent Punch and Shake Down Tonight Pitcher made with Rekorderlig Wild Berries. If you want to thumb your nose at the shortage yourself, here’s how to make them at home:

Orange blossom honey: a bar spoon full
10 mint leaves
1 ounce of Remy
1 ounce of smith & cross
pellet ice
Regent Cocktail Club
Regent Punch
½ oz arrack
½ oz cognac
½ oz rum, Jamaica
½ oz curacao
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz orange simple syrup
¾ oz green tea
Top with champagne
The Standard
Shake Down Tonight Pitcher w/ Rekorderlig Wild Berries
5.5 oz spiced Rum
1.4 oz Falernum (ginger, lime and rum sugar) “optional”
6 Dashes Angostura Bitters
4 oz Lime juice
2 Bottles of Rekorderlig Wild Berries Cider
3.5 – 7 oz Ginger beer
Build into a Rekorderlig pitcher and top up with ginger beer. Lastly, garnish each glass with ice and a lime wedge.
