Shaking Up New Crafted Cocktails for Summer at 50 Ocean

If you like to enjoy a cocktail or two, what better way to celebrate summer than with a fresh, bright concoction in honor of the season? For summer, 50 Ocean in Delray Beach is featuring the flavors of the season such as the “Cilantro Ginger Cooler” made with Bombay Sapphire gin and Domain de Canton Ginger cognac, a sprig of cilantro, and fresh-pressed lime and orange juice, all shaken over ice in a tall glass.

For a spicy kick, try the new “Sriracha Rita” with muddled strawberries, bay leaves, organic agave nectar, and 4 ounces of fresh-squeezed Persian lime and orange juice, with a healthy shot of Herradura Añejo Tequila over ice, and you have a sassy, refreshing cocktail. .25oz of 100% organic agave nectar

dash of Sriracha

Fill Glass with Ice

Add 1.25 oz of Herradura Anejo tequila

4 oz of Fresh Persian lime and orange juices

Shake well and garnish with fresh lime and basil

.25 oz Domain de Canton Ginger Congnac

sprig of cilantro

4 oz of fresh pressed lime and orange juices

shake well over ice

splash of simple syrup

Add 1.75 oz of grey goose citron

splash of pinot noir

shake well, strain and serve up

garnish with orange slice

.25oz of clove infused maple syrup

3oz of white cranberry juice

squeeze 1 lemon wedge

shake well over ice

strain and serve up

1.25 oz of Sauza Blue tequila (100% Blue Agave)

.25 oz of Grand Marnier

4 oz of fresh pressed lime and orange juices

splash of 100% organic agave nectar

Shake well over ice

garnish with salt and lime
