Inspired by Grand Marnier’s newest liqueur — the Signature Collection No. 2 Raspberry Peach — here are four cocktail recipes that will impress your friends and family. The new liqueur has an aroma of raspberries and peaches blended with a hint of orange and citrus essence. Serve it up neat, on the rock or in a cocktail.
GRAND RASPBERRY PEACH SOUR
2 oz. Grand Marnier® Raspberry Peach
3⁄4 oz. simple syrup
1⁄2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 egg white
Rhubarb bitters
In a shaker without ice, combine all ingredients except for rhubarb bitters for a dry shake. Add ice and shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and top with a dash of rhubarb bitters. Garnish with a lime twist.

GRAND RASPBERRY PEACH HOT TODDY
1 oz. Grand Marnier® Raspberry Peach
1⁄2 oz. honey syrup
1⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 cup hot water
Combine all ingredients in a mug. Stir briefly and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

GRAND RASPBERRY PEACH AND GINGER ALE
2 oz. Grand Marnier® Raspberry Peach
Ginger ale
Plum bitters
Pour Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach into a rocks glass. Add ginger ale and top with two dashes of plum bitters.

1 oz. Grand Marnier® Raspberry Peach
1⁄2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz. simple syrup
Moët & Chandon Champagne
In a shaker, combine all ingredients except the champagne. Fill with ice, shake well, pour into a flute glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
