Rap music and classical music mix just fine together. It wasn’t your average symphony concert when Sir Mix-a-Lot joined the Seattle Symphony and conductor Ludovic Morlot for a little “orchestral movements from the hood night.” The rapper started by inviting the ladies to the stage for what turned out to be the classical version of the 1992 hit song “Baby Got Back.” Dozens of ladies clamored onto the stage drawing a “Lord have mercy” from Sir Mix-a-Lot.
