Sometimes less is more, and in this book’s case, its less words, more illustrations. Beautiful, precious, whimsical and eclectic illustrations. This is Everyone Loves New York, an ode of one of the world’s most dynamic metropolises, published by teNeues. Edited by Leslie Jonath (she also released Everyone Loves Paris earlier this summer), the book has pages after pages of illustrations by 60 worldly artists. The beauty of this book is that Jonath doesn’t only capture NYC ‘s iconic sites and buildings, it also pays homage to the real New York. Think yellow taxes, street food vendors, sunbathers in Central Park and overfeed pigeons.
