G’Vine Summer Refresher (above)
2 oz G’Vine Floraison Gin
0.75 oz Aperol
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1 oz Green Tea (Cold)
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Put all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake and serve in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange and lemon wheels.

0.25 oz June Liqueur
0.25 oz Aperol
0.25 oz lemon juice
Cleto Chiarli Brut de Noir Rosé (or your favorite rosé wine)
Mix together everything except the rosé and pour into a shallow sheet pan. Place in a freezer and allow to set. When ready to serve, use a fork to “rake” the slushy and spoon into a coupe glass. Gently pour a bright and clean rosé (such as Cleto Chiarli Brut de Noir) around the slushy. Cocktail is by Kellie Thorn, bar manager at Empire State South in Atlanta.
